Dear Sir or Madam,

We present to your kind attention this publication in order to provide a comprehensive representation of who we are and what we do. We would like to demonstrate our continued and daily commitment towards health, prevention, diagnosis, treatment, and well-being. For our part, the establishment of the "Client Services Charter " for the Abano Terme General Hospital has two objectives.

The first aim is to provide a comprehensive tool that helps you to get acquainted with our health care offering. It is a guide that will accompany you step by step in understanding the structure and organization of our Hospital, while reminding you of your rights and responsibilities. It indicates the correct ways to access the benefits of hospitalization, day hospital,or outpatient services.The second aim is to allow you to understand and appreciate the principles that guide our daily work.

Our mission is to work in a dynamic and competitive way guaranteeing rapid response times while maintaining optimum relationships with the primary care system and with the area's health and social agencies to constantly pursue the best possible outcome. This is a commitment that requires continual investment in skills, training, technology, and services. The hospital has never backed down from this commitment. For this reason, we have undertaken a path to obtain the Quality Certification ISO 9001 / ISO 9001.

The Abano Terme General Hospital's "Client Services Charter"  does not end here but is completed with a series of thematic brochures which describe the organization of the wards and services, focusing on the major diseases treated. These publications, along with the pages available on the website www.policlinicoabano.it, offer a glimpse of our history with a peek into our future. We strive to improve continuously.
